Ark.Works Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Ark.Works service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
- Ark.Works is a platform that enables users to upload and manage their creative works (videos or images), provide information about their works (such as title, client, and release date), and specify their roles in the creation process.
- When uploading a work, users must invite at least three collaborators to the creator list. The work will be uploaded to the server only after all invited collaborators accept the invitation and register their respective roles.
- Once uploaded, the work information and collaborator details are recorded as metadata using C2PA-based content credentials and are also stored on the Story Protocol testnet.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you upload and the information you provide.
- You must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions for your uploaded works.
- You must invite at least three collaborators for each uploaded work.
- You must not upload content that violates any laws or infringes on others' rights.
4. Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to your uploaded works.
- By uploading content, you grant Ark.Works a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.
- You agree that uploaded content will be recorded with C2PA-based content credentials and on the Story Protocol testnet as metadata.
5. Privacy and Data
- Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- You consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Ark.Works is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
